The male staff the first night was rude, the power went out the second night and a quest was completely rude and indecent exposed especially disrespectful to my husband as it was our honeymoon but the lady working was excellent and handled the situation well.

It was a little hard to find the entrance. The bed was super comfortable. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was very good and a good selection. The lady who was stocking breakfast and cooking it was fantastic.

Great hotel right in the middle of everything!! Walking distance to almost everything you would need. Breakfast included!! Free Parking, Nice pool and hot tub, great staff!!

This hotel feel very safe. As a female who travels alone safety is very important. I felt very safe in the parking lot. It was lit up so well. The halls ways are well lighted. The people are super friendly and we're always smiling.

This is my third time staying at this Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Harriman, TN. I've never had any issues. Each time has been a great experience. The rooms are clean, breakfast is great, and the staff is helpful and friendly. I highly recommend staying here.

Nice selection of breakfast foods. Property was fairly new and in good condition. Spacious room with comfortable beds. Liked the microwave and fridge in room. The staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the fall decorations in the lobby.

Breakfast was exceptional... hot eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes and cinnamon rolls. Then the standard coffee, juice, cold cereal, milk, fruit and hot coffee and hot water. They had a small "store" were you could purchase food, snacks, soda, incidentals and thinks for kids to play with. Pool was very clean. Staff was wonderful.

Everyone was so friendly. The breakfast was great also. It was rainy when we were there so the pool was fantastic for the kids.
